To ensure fairness and transparency, please note that additional fees may apply if the home requires more work than anticipated. This includes situations where the home is not in the expected condition or if additional tasks are requested.

Potential extra charges include:

Extended Cleaning Time: If the cleaning extends beyond the scheduled time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Extra Rooms or Areas: Cleaning additional rooms or spaces not included in the original agreement.

Specialized Cleaning Tasks: Tasks such as deep cleaning of appliances, windows, or other specialized services.

Excessive Dirt or Clutter: Homes that are significantly dirtier or more cluttered than average may incur extra charges. We will avoid space where there is extra clutter or boxes that need to be broken down or we will charge extra to clean/move piles of dirt or clutter.

Excessive pet hair or odors: Homes with multiple pets or heavy shedding may require extra time for thorough vacuuming, deodorizing, and removing buildup from furniture or floors.

Heavy buildup of grime: If it’s been a while since the last cleaning, we may need more time to bring everything back to baseline—especially in kitchens and bathrooms.

Mold or mildew that requires special cleaning: Mold and mildew require extra care, protective gear, and stronger products to clean safely and effectively.

Excessive dishes, laundry, or trash: A large amount of laundry, dishes, or trash not discussed in advance may result in added time and charges or will be avoided.

Post-renovation or construction dust/debris: Fine dust, drywall residue, and paint splatter from recent work in the home often require detailed attention and multiple passes to clean properly.

Hard-to-reach areas or high surfaces: If ladders or special equipment are needed for ceiling fans, shelves, or other tall fixtures, and this was not mentioned prior to our visit, we will charge a small fee for the extra effort and time.

Heavily soiled appliances: Deep cleaning inside ovens, fridges, or microwaves that haven't been cleaned in a while can take significantly longer.

Requests for extra services not originally booked: If additional tasks are requested during the visit (e.g., organizing closets, cleaning inside cabinets, etc.), we’re happy to help but will need to adjust the rate to cover the extra time.

Changing the type of clean at the last minute: If a different level of service is needed than what was booked—for example, switching from a deep clean to a full move-out clean upon arrival—there will be additional charges based on the scope and intensity of the job, including last minute change fees on top of the added costs.

Cancellations, reschedules & Late notice

All cancellations, reschedules, change of the type of clean, & late notices of rescheduling will result in a $50 fee if we show up and we are unable to come in, or if notice was given less than 24 hours notice.
Unpleasant surprises

Our cleaners will leave immediately if there is a bug infestation such as fleas, mites, or roaches and the client will owe the poriton of time the cleaner was at the home at our hourly rate, with the minimum fee being $65.

We will not pickup animal feces, litter box cleanings are an additional fee.

This is the client's responsiblity to accurately disclose the level of dirtiness before the visit.
Special Requests
Special Requests

Special requests are any requests that are not on the cleaning checklist. If a cleaner arrives, and you have a special request, the cleaner might not have time to coomplete this task and has the right to refuse the task. If the cleaner accepts the task, you will be charged accordingly.
Special requests may include (but not limited to):
baseboard cleaning
window cleaning
laundry
dishes
